📋 Description

• Analyze claims, engagement, and health outcomes data to uncover actionable insights • Identify utilization trends, gaps in care, and cost-containment opportunities • Develop executive-level summaries, performance dashboards, and strategic reports • Create presentations, educational materials, and policy summaries for diverse audiences • Draft executive briefings for senior federal leadership • Translate complex clinical, insurance, and programmatic concepts into member-friendly language • Design and implement health initiatives, fitness challenges, and educational workshops • Partner with FEP Group Consultants and travel to government agencies across North Carolina • Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously • Ensure timely execution of assignments, communications, and program deliverables • Deliver presentations and educational sessions in person and virtually • Travel 75% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required • 3+ years of experience in a related field • 5+ years of experience in a related field may substitute for a degree • Open to North Carolina residents only • Experience in population health and wellness programming preferred • Clinical or health education background preferred • Knowledge of USPSTF and CDC preventive care guidelines preferred • Knowledge of chronic disease management preferred • RN/LPN is a plus • Strong project management skills; PMP preferred but not required • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to deliver executive-level presentations and clear written reports • Ability to translate clinical and insurance concepts into member-friendly language • Relationship-building and organizational skills • Understanding of benefit and insurance products • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
