📋 Description

• Build connections with families and help them care for aging loved ones by matching them with Brookdale communities nationwide • Assist families seeking senior housing or home-based assistance • Identify Brookdale communities or other resources that fit each family’s needs • Persuade prospects to visit Brookdale communities and schedule appointments • Update customer and prospective-customer databases while meeting compliance requirements • Nurture leads through information and scheduled follow-up conversations • Support Brookdale communities through outbound calls and emails • Update prospect information and schedule follow-up activities for community sales associates • Work closely with community sales and operations associates as an extension of their sales team • Participate in interactive training, coaching, and department-wide culture-building activities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred • Two years of experience in sales, pre-sales, inside sales, or appointment setting preferred • Related healthcare or call-center experience preferred • Understanding of the aging process and older adults’ needs across product lines • Ability to operate personal computers and related software • Ability to manage time, tasks, and projects in a dynamic environment • Ability to assess customer expectations, needs, and circumstances • Effective verbal and written communication • Self-starter with organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work without close supervision • Ability to work weekends, evenings, or nights if needed for shift coverage • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • None of the certifications, licenses, or other special requirements are required
