📋 Description

• Build connections with families and help them care for aging loved ones by matching them with Brookdale communities nationwide • Assist families seeking senior housing or home-based assistance • Identify Brookdale communities or other resources that best fit family needs • Persuade prospects to visit communities and schedule appointments • Update customer and prospective customer databases while maintaining compliance data quality • Nurture leads through follow-up conversations and provide information related to expressed needs • Support Brookdale communities through outbound calls and emails • Schedule follow-up activities and community visits for prospects • Work closely with community sales and operations associates as an extension of their sales team • Participate in interactive training, coaching, and department-wide culture-building activities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred • Two years of experience in sales, pre-sales, inside sales, or appointment setting preferred • Related experience in healthcare or call centers preferred • Ability to operate personal computers and related software • Understanding of the aging process and needs of older adults across product lines • Ability to manage time, tasks, and projects in a dynamic environment • Ability to assess and understand customers’ expectations, needs, and circumstances • Effective verbal and written communication and listening skills • Self-starter with organizational and time-management skills who can work without close supervision • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Availability for weekend, evening, or night work if needed for shift coverage • Must meet physical demands including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, and vision
