📋 Description

• Lead, plan, design, and develop multiple large or complex enterprise-level programs • Translate clinical needs into vendor and program solutions for internal nursing teams • Provide end-to-end program management, including strategic planning, needs analysis, content development, program design, implementation, administration, monitoring, data analysis, and evaluation • Coordinate interdepartmental functions and review deliverables to ensure deadlines are met • Identify target audiences and their program needs • Develop program strategy, business cases, strategic approaches, timelines, and major deliverables • Develop overall program plans and guide component-level detailed planning • Lead program management teams, establish direction, identify interdependencies, communicate requirements, track progress, make decisions, and resolve issues • Assign and manage staff, contractors, and consultants • Direct implementation and activities supporting program objectives • Establish and monitor performance, process, outcome, and financial metrics • Document and present program results through reports, studies, presentations, and publications • Monitor execution, progress, and deliverables; adjust plans when necessary • Resolve program issues, problems, and changes within delegated authority • Manage program risks and mitigation plans • Evaluate programs against goals and direct evolutionary changes • Develop and manage program budgets and spending plans • Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and organizational governance compliance • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate, administer, and monitor contracts and service-level agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 8+ years of experience in related field • In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field • Senior-level experience leading complex programs and projects from strategy through execution • Experience with vendor management, contracting, and strategic partnerships • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive timely decisions • Experience conducting opportunity assessments and translating insights into actionable plans • Strong healthcare or clinical knowledge • Ability to partner effectively with nurses, clinical teams, and healthcare vendors • Balanced background in program management and healthcare • Skills in business process improvements, implementation management, process improvement initiatives, project management, project management oversight, project performance management, project plan development, resource management, and resource planning
