• Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies and procedures. • Promote E2 Optics Core Values and support a family-centric workplace culture. • Use internal computer systems, ticketing platforms, and cloud-based business management tools to manage daily tasks. • Monitor and manage the ticketing platform during business hours to ensure timely request processing and efficient workflow. • Create and update E2 purchase orders and projects according to company standards and procedures. • Process credit card requests, validate transactions, record expenses, and submit documentation for reimbursement. • Process Amazon purchase requests, communicate order tracking details, and resolve delivery issues. • Arrange flights, transportation, and lodging for E2 employees in accordance with company policies and employee needs. • Identify process improvements and support implementation of more accurate and efficient practices. • Perform special projects supporting departmental or organizational goals. • Address issues proactively and escalate when necessary for timely resolution. • Issue and coordinate Certificate of Insurance requests for E2 Operations. • Travel as needed to support operational requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED required. • Associate’s degree in business administration or post-secondary education in business or operations support is preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations support, administrative support, or related role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Experience coordinating day-to-day operational tasks, vendor communications, or project support activities is preferred. • Familiarity with procurement processes, scheduling, or travel coordination is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. • Self-motivated and dependable, with strong work ethic. • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities, workflows, and deadlines. • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Positive attitude with strong customer service skills and professionalism. • Proficient in spoken and written English for effective phone, in-person, and email communication. • Able and willing to travel as needed to support operational requirements. • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. • Must be able to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required. • May be required to work in tight and confined spaces.
