⢠Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies and procedures ⢠Promote company Core Values and foster a family-centric culture ⢠Support the Project Manager overseeing data center construction, technical construction projects, and operations work ⢠Assist with project cost management, including budgets, forecasts, commitments, accruals, Work-In-Place, milestones, WBS, progress, risks, and KPIs ⢠Maintain historical cost databases such as eBuilder through budgets, commitments, Work-In-Place, invoices, and forecasts ⢠Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project status reports covering cost, schedule, risk, and manpower ⢠Conduct accrual analysis and coordinate with payment processing teams to track vendor payment status ⢠Review invoices for accuracy and trend analysis; monitor open purchase orders, calculate expected cost impact, and resolve issues ⢠Work with the P6 Scheduler and Project Manager to track progress, identify warning signs and critical paths, and align cost and schedule ⢠Manage project change control and maintain baseline and current budgets for approved changes ⢠Coach, develop, and guide team members while promoting Lean culture and emerging technologies ⢠Drive continuous improvement and support Lean initiatives across the site
⢠High school diploma or GED required ⢠BA/BS in construction management, finance, engineering or equivalent ⢠Minimum of 5 years experience in construction and project planning for multi-project construction programs ⢠Experience in construction specifications, construction drawings and project documentation including RFIs, submittals, payment applications and change orders ⢠Experience with Primavera P6, MS Excel, and PowerPoint ⢠Experience with cost control tooling such as eBuilder or Procore ⢠Experience communicating financial status and schedule details from multiple construction sites to project managers ⢠Proficiency in problem solving and root cause analysis ⢠Knowledge of structured cabling industry, including technology, quality, and safety standards ⢠Ability to support the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in leading, developing, and managing field employees ⢠Strong communication and organizational skills, including excellent customer service skills ⢠Ability to learn and support new and quickly evolving technologies ⢠Ability to research information and identify solutions regarding technical issues ⢠Ability to work within deadlines while maintaining high work quality, prioritize, and multitask ⢠Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio; Primavera P6 preferred ⢠Ability to travel as required by E2 ⢠Ability to regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds ⢠Ability to carry and climb ladders to 20 feet ⢠Ability to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required ⢠Ability to work in tight and confined spaces
