⢠Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies ⢠Promote company core values and culture ⢠Perform RF engineering activities supporting wireless network design, development, and optimization ⢠Perform RF and IB wave design and engineering ⢠Assist with sales engineering and provide pre-sales technical or functional support ⢠Perform or assist with technician commissioning and optimization on DAS systems ⢠Develop and manage remote monitoring or annual maintenance contract customers ⢠Prepare estimates, proposals, scopes of work, subcontractor quotes, floor plans, and bid documentation ⢠Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to secure and expand business opportunities ⢠Interface with clients at project start-up to assess scope, schedule, and required resources ⢠Coordinate with Operations to ensure materials, equipment, and labor availability ⢠Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards ⢠Manage project scheduling, material purchases, deliveries, returns, products, parts, and costs ⢠Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships and streamline project activities ⢠Communicate project requirements and updates with staff, upper management, customers, and stakeholders ⢠Resolve customer issues, concerns, and plan deviations ⢠Prepare and negotiate change quotations with the prime client ⢠Monitor installation activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery ⢠Maintain and document quality assurance practices ⢠Manage job cost, profitability, schedules, SLAs, and project performance through internal systems and reports ⢠Represent the company in client project meetings and required meetings ⢠Complete project close-outs, including site walks, punch lists, document scanning, test results, site binders, and customer acceptance ⢠Ensure construction documentation, permits, and as-built drawings are retained properly ⢠Provide coaching, development, and guidance to direct reports and team members
⢠High school diploma required, or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree ⢠RF, or equivalent Engineering degree preferred ⢠Certified PMP preferred ⢠RCDD certification preferred ⢠iBwave Design Certification (L1 and/or L2 required) ⢠GROLL FCC License required ⢠OSHA 10 or 30 preferred ⢠Minimum 8 years experience in wireless communication and telecommunications project management ⢠Experienced with carrier RF system design and optimization practices ⢠Thorough knowledge of DAS technology, architecture, fiber design and deployment requirements ⢠Provide commissioning efforts for in building Cell DAS deployments with various DAS technologies and manufacturers ⢠Knowledge of data infrastructure industry including technology, quality and safety standards ⢠Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments ⢠Knowledge of the PMBOK Guides and Standards ⢠Minimum 5 years supervision and/or training experience, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments ⢠Experience presenting effectively to small and large groups ⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and computer applications; AutoCAD preferred ⢠Knowledge of structured cabling industry including technology, quality, and safety standards ⢠Ability to support the Sr Project Manager or Regional Supervisor in leading, developing, and managing field employees ⢠Ability to elicit cooperation from upper management, clients, and other departments ⢠Strong communication and organizational skills, including excellent customer service skills ⢠Ability to learn and support new and quickly changing technologies ⢠Ability to research solutions or information regarding technical issues ⢠Ability to work within deadlines while maintaining high work quality, prioritize, and multitask ⢠Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures ⢠Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities ⢠Effective oral and written communication skills ⢠Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player ⢠Ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees, management, vendors, clients, and others ⢠Demonstrated teamwork and versatility in multiple work environments ⢠Willingness and ability to travel as required ⢠Ability to regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds and frequently up to 25 pounds ⢠Ability to carry and climb ladders to 20 feet ⢠Ability to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required ⢠Ability to work in tight and confined spaces
