📋 Description

• Lead a multifunctional project team to develop and execute product transition plans • Represent the EPS business in transition risk assessments and gate reviews • Construct business cases for new product transfers • Track and report product transfer tasks, including budget, schedule, risk mitigations, and key actions, to leadership • Work with the project team to develop and deploy contingency plans and mitigation options for transition acceleration and/or recovery • Execute Electric Power Systems product transfer projects using the Collins Aerospace work transfer process • Manage transfers between manufacturing sites and product insourcing and/or outsourcing projects

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • U.S. citizenship required • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred • Aerospace product experience; EPS product experience preferred • Procurement/Supply Chain experience with EPS product knowledge preferred • CORE Apprentice preferred • Project management experience, including risk, schedule, and budget management • SAP and/or material planning experience a plus
