📋 Description

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned projects • Lead customer engagement, negotiations, and issue resolution • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, contractors, and vendors • Own end-to-end execution of mega, complex, non-turnkey, product/equipment-only, and combined-cycle projects • Develop early execution strategies with the ITO Commercial Manager • Coordinate contract reviews and align requirements, scope, and obligations • Manage execution using Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost principles • Maintain full P&L accountability for revenue, contribution margin, and cash • Drive accountability for project performance metrics • Align cost, schedule, performance, and risk trade-offs • Develop and manage risk and opportunity registers and mitigation actions • Promote GE Vernova’s Safety Toolkit and prioritize health and safety • Use risk-based decision-making with internal and external inputs • Develop project execution and/or technical expertise and serve as a subject matter expert • Drive best practices to improve products, processes, and services • Lead creative problem solving in manufacturing, engineering, and production environments • Apply operational, engineering, and product management techniques across interdependent workstreams • Resolve cross-functional issues and execution constraints with partnering functions • Lead project teams and resources across complex, high-risk, large-scale projects • Support Functional Project Managers with escalations • Present project, business, and technical solutions to senior leadership • Influence without authority in a matrix organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience within Energy, Construction, or large capital project environments • Must be willing to travel up to 40% of time • Certified Project Management Professional preferred • Experience and demonstrated understanding of large capital project execution costs and estimates • Experience managing multiple phased projects simultaneously and independently • Strong customer focus and ability to foster strong relationships • Experience working with and influencing senior-level leaders • Strategic thinking, problem solving, business, and financial acumen • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to succinctly communicate complex messages • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience applying data and lean tools and technologies for strategic, operational, and project efficiencies • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
