📋 Description

• Contribute across a diverse portfolio of new product and strategic initiatives • Work throughout the product development lifecycle • Help size, evaluate, and deliver solutions • Support leaders on large, complex priorities • Independently manage projects of smaller or moderate scope • Lead initiatives, own critical workstreams, and support broader cross-functional delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Project management experience, including project planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination • Process-mapping and business-process analysis skills • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills within a cross-functional team environment • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills across all organizational levels • Strategic-thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Simplification and continuous-improvement mindset • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities, requirements, and project scope • Ability to independently lead projects or support defined workstreams within larger initiatives • Foundational proficiency in desktop tools and basic data analysis techniques • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience • Familiarity with healthcare industry business environment, stakeholders, and product development factors preferred • Understanding of product development lifecycles and experience supporting evaluation, design, implementation, or operationalization of new products and solutions preferred • Familiarity with collaboration across Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, Sales, and other functions preferred • Understanding of organizational business model, products, processes, and ways of working preferred • Experience with internal project management, collaboration, documentation, workflow, or reporting tools preferred
