📋 Description

• Review and screen contractor workers submitted by agencies • Partner with hiring managers on contract worker hiring needs • Communicate offers to agencies for selected contract workers • Ensure correct markup rates are submitted • Work with agencies to ensure role requirements are met • Oversee contract worker onboarding with agencies and ensure all requirements are met • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and agencies • Maintain an accurate and current applicant database • Promote company Core Values and safeguard a family-centric culture • Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • 2+ years of recruiting experience • Experience working with staffing or contingent agencies a plus • Experience recruiting in a construction, industrial or a manufacturing environment preferred • Must follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies and procedures • Able and willing to travel as required • Able to sit, use hands and arms, communicate verbally, stand, walk, stoop, and kneel • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet • Must be able to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required • May be required to work in tight and confined spaces
