📋 Description

• Execute complex interface projects with minimal guidance • Organize, manage, and drive implementation issue resolution and optimization through completion • Support healthcare data exchange work involving HL7, FHIR/API, X12, flat files, XML, and related formats • Use Rhapsody Interface Engine or equivalent software to support interface work, data flows, and implementation needs • Troubleshoot and resolve client integration issues using business workflow and Rhapsody data-flow knowledge • Apply data, data extract, basic coding, and SQL/query skills for implementation, validation, and optimization • Recommend improvements with internal and external clients while maintaining attention to detail • Support client go-lives after hours as needed and participate in periodic on-call coverage • Contribute to initiatives within the Deployment or Development team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Limited experience utilizing Rhapsody Interface Engine or equivalent interface engine software • Strong knowledge of data and data extract solutions • Basic coding skills in JavaScript, C++, SQL queries, or equivalent technologies • Basic knowledge of healthcare data exchange, including HL7, FHIR/API, X12, flat files, and XML • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to edit written work for spelling and grammar, adapt writing style, and present numerical data effectively • Ability to work across multiple projects and programs simultaneously • Willingness to work on-call for one week at a time several times per year • Willingness to work after hours as needed to support client go-lives
