📋 Description

• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and technology vendors • Work with process owners and end users to understand business operations and identify improvement opportunities • Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and nonfunctional requirements • Communicate requirements to prospective vendors and coordinate vendor questions, product demonstrations, and stakeholder evaluation sessions • Coordinate RFPs, RFIs, vendor questionnaires, requirements matrices, and solution evaluation activities • Conduct interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions with stakeholders, process owners, and end users • Facilitate stakeholder review and approval of requirements • Create process flows, use cases, user scenarios, business rules, acceptance criteria, storyboards, and other solution documentation • Document current-state processes, data requirements, systems of record, integrations, migration needs, user roles, security requirements, reporting needs, KPIs, and operational requirements • Define business problems, desired outcomes, scope, priorities, dependencies, constraints, and success criteria • Develop business test scenarios, coordinate or assist with User Acceptance Testing, and validate delivered functionality • Evaluate existing systems, internally developed solutions, Microsoft Power Platform, third-party applications, and other technologies • Compare potential solutions based on functionality, usability, integrations, security, reporting, implementation requirements, cost, and business fit • Identify functionality gaps and opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, eliminate redundant work, and automate manual activities • Maintain requirements, decisions, assumptions, risks, and scope changes throughout the solution lifecycle • Support implementation readiness, documentation, training, change management, and post-implementation process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting technology implementations • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, requirements discovery, and business process analysis • Experience documenting workflows, use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, and process flows using Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar tooling • Experience evaluating business applications or participating in software/vendor selection processes • Experience with enterprise SaaS applications, system implementations, or digital transformation initiatives • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, or related Microsoft technologies • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, data modeling, role-based security, and workflow automation • Experience supporting RFPs and technology selection • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, requirements traceability, UAT, and implementation processes • Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar • Ability to work remotely; position is listed for US-CA-Los Angeles
