📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings • Translate business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, process documentation, and supporting technical artifacts • Develop current- and future-state process maps with business rules, decision points, and cross-functional workflows • Identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities • Partner with business and technical teams to design, evaluate, and validate solutions • Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders and IT throughout the full SDLC • Own initiatives through analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support • Develop UAT strategy, prepare test scenarios and cases, coordinate execution, and ensure requirements traceability • Identify, assess, and communicate risks, impacts, and dependencies • Act as subject matter expert for supported systems and processes • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts • Maintain reliable attendance and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, leadership, computer science or related field • Experience working within a technology-driven organization supporting enterprise systems and cross-functional initiatives • Working knowledge of higher education operations and systems, such as SIS, CRM, ERP, and LMS, preferred • Demonstrated experience documenting business processes, business rules, and cross-functional workflows • Proficiency with process mapping and flowcharting tools, such as Visio or similar platforms • Experience producing structured requirements documentation, such as BRDs and FSDs • Experience supporting initiatives through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Working knowledge of SDLC processes, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Experience with ticketing and work management systems, such as Jira or similar platforms • Foundational knowledge of SQL and ability to create and interpret queries • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Understanding of organizational structures, governance, and operational dynamics within complex environments • Ability to facilitate meetings and guide stakeholders toward alignment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels • Ability to influence without formal authority • Independent judgment, personal accountability, and sound decision-making with limited supervision • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong critical thinking and root-cause analysis skills • Commitment to organizational mission, strategic objectives, and continuous improvement
