📋 Description

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender, Purview, or related services • Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues • Maintain IT infrastructure including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, devices, email systems, internet, intranet, LAN, WAN, network segments, software, and hardware • Own endpoint management including device configuration, patching, application deployment, and policy enforcement • Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups • Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and implement solutions that improve IT outcomes • Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical support • Perform server administration tasks including users/groups, security permissions, group policies, and print services • Research event-log warnings and errors and monitor resources to ensure systems architecture components work together seamlessly • Monitor data-center health and respond to hardware issues; help build, test, and maintain new servers • Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration • Implement and maintain identity and access management solutions including Entra ID, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Access, and RBAC • Deliver Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects on time and within scope • Maintain supported-service availability, resolve or escalate assigned issues, reduce recurring support issues, and complete solution documentation and handoffs • Deliver automation, configuration, process improvements, reusable runbooks, guides, templates, and knowledge-base articles • Provide knowledge transfer for major solutions and remediate or coordinate high-priority security, compliance, and endpoint findings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5–8 years of experience serving as the core technical contributor responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex Microsoft 365, infrastructure, endpoint, identity, or cloud-based solutions • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, network management, programming languages, scripting languages, operating systems, enterprise backup and recovery, performance monitoring, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, caching, etc. • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender, and related security and compliance capabilities • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including core services, identity, governance, security, and operations • Experience improving identity, endpoint, email, security, automation, or operational processes in a production environment • Preferred professional certifications, such as ASAE, CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, CISSP, ITIL, ITSM, Microsoft Certifications, or security certifications (CISA, CISM, CompTIA, etc.) • Successful completion of any required post-offer background checks, drug testing, and/or fit-for-duty physical examination • Must comply with federal contractor restrictions regarding medical marijuana for certain positions
