📋 Description

• Deliver and manage implementations of PTC data management tools, including the Windchill suite, according to project plans and Statements of Work. • Execute project tasks within timelines and budget constraints while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. • Support customer implementations through system setup, deployment, and solution execution. • Install, configure, rehost, and upgrade Windchill solutions and applicable third-party software. • Configure client solutions to meet technical and business requirements. • Assist with workflow modifications, configuration changes, and change-management updates within Windchill. • Document solution designs, use cases, configuration changes, customizations, and case studies. • Translate business and technical requirements into implementation plans and system configurations. • Maintain accurate project and technical documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Communicate with clients throughout the implementation and design process. • Provide technical support, mentoring, and guidance on system functionality, workflows, change management, content management, and configurations. • Serve as a point of contact for implementation questions and issue resolution. • Contribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and Windchill and PLM best practices. • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in the USA and meet federal contractor requirements. • Must have PTC Windchill software experience and knowledge. • 2–3 years of experience managing product information or product data using PTC tools. • 1–2 years of system administrator experience in CAD, IT, or data management environments. • Experience with Windchill installation, configuration, and migration. • Working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business processes. • Experience with Change Management, including process analysis, design, and configuration within PDMLink, preferred. • Experience with Windchill Foundation, BOM / Configuration Management, MPMLink, ERP Connector, and ESI preferred. • Java, SQL, and REST experience preferred. • Windchill+ experience highly preferred. • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders. • Ability to provide technical mentoring and customer support clearly and professionally. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Ability to work independently with focus, discipline, and accountability. • Ability to work successfully in deadline-driven environments and adapt to changing priorities. • Ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining productivity and output. • Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to travel to sites throughout North America as needed; some overnight travel may be required.
