📋 Description

• Assist in implementing Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace product(s) • Participate in delivery projects through scripting and product configuration to meet client requirements • Develop and configure web services in the ServiceNow-based EAM platform • Configure and customize Nuvolo Connected Workplace products • Perform ServiceNow development, configuration, and analysis • Integrate the EAM platform with third-party tools • Assess client product usage and workflows to identify optimization, efficiency, and value-enhancement opportunities • Perform personal and peer testing, validation, and code reviews • Ensure deliverables align with platform best practices and industry standards • Work with clients and collaborate across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification • Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow • Strong proficiency in JavaScript or GlideScript • Knowledge of fundamental database concepts • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AJAX • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and presentation skills • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients
