📋 Description

• Develop and configure web services in the EAM platform built on ServiceNow • Configure and customize Nuvolo Connected Workplace products • Work with JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP • Perform ServiceNow development, configuration, and analysis • Use Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Dictionary Entries, Data Imports and Transforms, Workflows, ACLs, and related tools • Work with Service Catalog and Service Portal • Integrate the EAM platform with third-party tools • Assess client product usage and workflows to identify optimization, efficiency, and value-enhancement opportunities • Perform personal and peer testing, validation, and code reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification • Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow • Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or GlideScript • Knowledge of fundamental database concepts • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and presentation skills • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients
