📋 Description

• Conduct and interpret hearing assessments using remote technology to determine patient candidacy for Earlens and traditional air conduction systems • Provide expert counseling to patients regarding their hearing loss and the unique clinical benefits of the Earlens and Virsono solutions • Recommend, sell, and remotely program Earlens solutions and high-end air conduction systems, ensuring optimal physiological fit and sound quality • Maintain meticulous patient records and longitudinal data within the electronic medical record (EMR) system • Coordinate with local and national clinical resources to support the patient journey and assist in scheduling complex remote procedures • Deliver exceptional clinical care and proactive troubleshooting to ensure high patient satisfaction and minimize device returns • Partner with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care • Stay at the forefront of advancements in audiological research, Earlens technology updates, and telehealth best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Masters Degree in Audiology • Current state licensure as an Audiologist (AL license required; multi-state licensure a plus) • Minimum of 23 years of clinical experience in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing • Proven experience with remote programming, telehealth platforms, and digital patient management • Strong understanding of ear anatomy and the specific requirements for Earlens candidacy • Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
