📋 Description

• Remote Diagnostics: Conduct and interpret hearing assessments using remote technology to determine patient candidacy for Earlens and traditional air conduction systems. • Clinical Counseling: Provide expert counseling to patients regarding their hearing loss and the unique clinical benefits of the Earlens and Virsono solutions. • Treatment & Fitting: Recommend, sell, and remotely program Earlens solutions and high-end air conduction systems, ensuring optimal physiological fit and sound quality. • Clinical Documentation: Maintain meticulous patient records and longitudinal data within the electronic medical record (EMR) system. • Operational Support: Coordinate with local and national clinical resources to support the patient journey and assist in scheduling complex remote procedures. • Patient Outcomes: Deliver exceptional clinical care and proactive troubleshooting to ensure high patient satisfaction and minimize device returns. • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care. • Technical Evolution: Stay at the forefront of advancements in audiological research, Earlens technology updates, and telehealth best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Masters Degree in Audiology. • Licensure: Current state licensure as an Audiologist (CA license required; multi-state licensure a plus). • Experience: Minimum of 23 years of clinical experience in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing. • Telehealth Savvy: Proven experience with remote programming, telehealth platforms, and digital patient management. • Clinical Skills: Strong understanding of ear anatomy and the specific requirements for Earlens candidacy. • Compliance: Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
