📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) in a designated area • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, make offers, and manage follow-up communication • Work with operations, HR, and local teams to identify staffing needs • Source candidates using the Applicant Tracking System, job boards, social media, and other resources • Use the ATS to track candidate activities and job postings

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of healthcare recruiting experience • Strong preference for prior Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) recruiting experience • High volume recruiting experience • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Calendly, MONDAY.com, Smartsheet and ADP • Experience using multiple Applicant Tracking Systems
