📋 Description

• Attract and qualify professional truck drivers, focusing on owner-operators and drivers with intermodal container experience • Develop and execute market-specific recruiting strategies • Manage the applicant pipeline and full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding • Source, screen, interview, run reports, request documentation, and schedule drug screens • Use Tenstreet and other platforms to track, process, and qualify candidates • Use social media, advertising, and recruiting events to expand driver leads and applications • Maintain market knowledge of competitor pay structures, trends, and recruiting strategies • Partner with Terminal Managers and Operations to align hiring with pay structures, capacity needs, and retention goals • Monitor onboarding trends and identify process improvements • Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations • Provide timely, transparent, and professional candidate communication • Promote company culture, support retention initiatives, and serve as a recruiting resource to operations staff

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred • 2+ years of truck driver recruiting experience required (owner-operator recruiting experience strongly preferred) • 6+ months Tenstreet experience required • Prior experience in intermodal/drayage or transportation industry preferred • Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and driver qualification requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms (e.g., Tenstreet) • Independent thinker with problem-solving ability and a high level of follow-through • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, operations staff, and leadership • Professional, motivated, and team-oriented approach • Only candidates living in the GWI Market areas will be considered
