📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day revenue cycle for a set of customers • Manage claim submission for customers, ensuring submissions are on time and complete • Track authorizations across payers and levels of care • Handle payment posting, reconciliation, ERA enrollments, and remittance workflows • Perform AR follow-up on denials, underpayments, and aging claims • Communicate with customers to gather information and resolve billing issues • Learn the RCM system and identify missing functionality • Identify recurring billing issues and help build preventive processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of behavioral health billing experience preferred • Deep familiarity with the behavioral health revenue cycle: claims, authorizations, denials, and payer follow-up • Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to learn new software quickly • Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment • Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple customers • Experience with multiple clearinghouses and payer portals (nice to have) • Knowledge of EDI, eligibility verification, or benefits verification (nice to have) • Prior RCM management at a billing company or provider organization (nice to have) • Must be authorized to work in the US
