📋 Description

• Ensure customer satisfaction • Handle customer complaints empathetically and professionally • Answer customer inquiries and resolve problems by email or outbound call • Provide timely support through Genesys Cloud, handling incoming emails and chats • Make outbound calls as needed • Build feedback loops between customers and internal teams • Identify and resolve customer issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service

🎯 Requirements

• Customer support experience with exceptional customer service skills • Proficient with or able to quickly learn computer software and Microsoft Office applications • Effective communication skills with internal and external individuals at any level, using a consultative approach • Ability to help non-technical customers solve technical issues • Sophisticated problem-solving and analytical skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent a plus • Must work Thursday through Monday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM MST • Must be located in the continental US • Remote roles are not eligible for U.S. visa sponsorship
