📋 Description

• Support an assigned senior leader in executing strategic business priorities • Gather and integrate information to improve effective and profitable business operations • Interpret financial and business results and provide planning, support, and recommendations • Support operational, compliance, and attestation/reporting risk management • Advise on community and industry events and coordinate event logistics • Develop consistent communications for senior leaders and leadership teams • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on business decisions and strategic initiatives • Analyze business and organizational issues and recommend solutions • Identify emerging issues, trends, competitive insights, and best practices • Lead strategic priorities, initiatives, business programs, and change management programs • Develop business cases, assess return on investment, recommend priorities, and create execution roadmaps • Manage resources and strategic initiative execution to achieve business and financial goals • Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, including regulators • Define analytics and reporting requirements and produce reports and dashboards • Monitor performance, resolve issues, and coordinate budget-versus-actual reporting • Develop communication plans, tailored messaging, and distribution channels • Manage customer complaint escalations and follow up to optimize customer satisfaction • Integrate information from multiple sources to improve processes, analysis, and reporting • Plan and control operating expenses within business forecasts and budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 9+ years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Extensive industry knowledge • Technical leadership and thought leadership for innovation • Expert verbal and written communication skills • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills • Expert influence skills • Expert collaboration and team skills, with a focus on cross-group collaboration • Ability to manage ambiguity • Expert data-driven decision-making skills • Ability to apply BMO’s Risk Management Framework and comply with applicable policies, laws, and regulations
