📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of full-service and select-service properties within the region • Ensure strategic goals are met and support revenue growth, market share performance and sales initiatives • Strategize, assist and direct property leadership teams • Mentor property leadership teams • Collaborate with corporate team leaders to maximize revenues and profits • Ensure compliance with brand standards and Crescent initiatives • Implement Crescent SOPs, financial systems and People & Culture initiatives • Liaise proactively with property ownership and serve as main point of contact for ownership groups • Review ownership needs and expectations • Collaborate with Corporate Food & Beverage senior leadership to ensure operational excellence • Influence food and beverage market share growth • Ensure management agreement obligations are fulfilled • Maintain understanding of management, partnership, operating and franchise agreements • Lead regional strategic planning and coordinate initiatives • Develop long-term rooms and food and beverage operations strategies • Participate in annual regional budget reviews • Identify more efficient and effective ways to serve properties and ownership groups

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years above property experience, with a multi-property portfolio of major brands • Extensive hands-on experience managing third-party relationships • Ability to lead ownership meetings effectively • Independent brand experience preferred • Strong analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft 365 tools and BI • Proven ability to build and lead high performing teams and develop direct reports • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to provide direct, actionable, positive and/or corrective feedback • Ability to work in any U.S. location with easy access to a major airport • Frequent travel to properties expected
