📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of full-service and select-service properties within the region • Ensure strategic goals are met across assigned properties • Strategize, assist, and direct property leadership on revenue growth, market share, and sales initiatives • Mentor property leadership teams • Partner with corporate team leaders to maximize revenues and profits • Ensure compliance with brand standards and Crescent initiatives • Implement Crescent SOPs, financial systems, and People & Culture initiatives • Serve as liaison and main point of contact with property ownership groups • Review ownership needs and expectations and maintain proactive communication • Collaborate with Corporate Food & Beverage leadership to ensure operational excellence • Influence decisions supporting food and beverage market share growth • Ensure management agreement obligations are fulfilled • Maintain understanding of management, partnership, operating, and franchise agreements • Lead regional strategic planning, development, and initiative coordination • Establish long-term strategies for rooms and food and beverage operations • Participate in annual regional budget reviews and meet ownership deadlines • Identify more efficient and effective ways to serve properties and ownership groups • Travel frequently to assigned properties

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years above-property experience with a multi-property portfolio of major brands • Extensive hands-on experience managing third-party relationships • Ability to lead ownership meetings effectively • Independent brand experience preferred • Strong analytical and computer skills • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and BI • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams • Experience developing direct reports and positively influencing all levels of the organization • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to provide direct, actionable, positive and/or corrective feedback • Ability to work from any U.S. location with easy access to a major airport • Frequent travel to properties expected
