📋 Description

• Ensure customer satisfaction • Handle customer complaints empathetically and pleasantly • Answer customer inquiries and resolve problems via email or outbound calls • Provide timely, empathetic support through Genesys Cloud, handling incoming emails and chats • Make outbound calls as needed • Build feedback loops between customers and internal teams • Identify and promptly resolve customer issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service

🎯 Requirements

• Customer support experience with exceptional customer service skills • Proficient with or able to quickly learn computer software and Microsoft Office applications • Effective communication skills with individuals at any level internally and externally • Ability to help non-technical customers solve technical issues • Sophisticated problem-solving and analytical skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent a plus • Must work remotely from the continental US • Available to work Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon, 9–5:30 MST • Remote roles are not eligible for U.S. visa sponsorship
