📋 Description

• Support delivery of energy efficiency programs across the Michigan utility portfolio • Turn program data into insights that keep operations running smoothly • Support utility clients' reporting needs • Drive continuous improvement across program delivery • Manage program and portfolio data and conduct complex analysis • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards tracking program KPIs • Handle ad-hoc data requests from internal teams, field staff, business development, and clients • Select and use appropriate tools for data analysis and reporting • Collaborate with Operations Support and Program Management to align priorities • Troubleshoot program delivery challenges • Surface trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities • Take ownership of process or IT-related projects connected to data and reporting needs

🎯 Requirements

• Successful applicants need to be located in the State of Michigan • 2+ years experience working in a Data Analysis role • Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar CRM/program tracking platforms • Strong command of Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau • Ability to manage program and portfolio data and conduct complex analysis • Experience building and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards • Ability to handle ad-hoc data requests from multiple stakeholders • Ability to prioritize independently and balance recurring deliverables with urgent requests • Knowledge of data integrity best practices for accuracy, completeness, and security • Ability to collaborate with Operations Support and Program Management • Ability to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities • Ability to take ownership of process or IT-related projects involving data and reporting • Adaptability and reliability as priorities shift • Meet all applicable DOT qualification requirements, if applicable • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
