📋 Description

• Conduct site visits, assessments, inspections, or sampling within area of expertise • Coordinate site access and communicate with property representatives and EBI’s project team • Review property records, plans, historical information, and supporting documentation • Document findings through field notes, photographs, technical analysis, and reports • Develop cost estimates, recommendations, or supporting schedules where required • Complete deliverables according to applicable standards, client requirements, and agreed-upon deadlines • Respond to technical review comments • Collaborate with EBI’s in-house professionals to finalize assignments • Support real estate due diligence and related services across individual properties and national portfolios • Evaluate multifamily, commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, vacant land, and other real estate assets

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience performing one or more of the listed services • Working knowledge of standards, assessment methods, and reporting requirements applicable to the specialty • Strong technical judgment • Attention to detail • Strong written communication skills • Ability to manage assignments independently • Ability to provide responsive communication throughout a project • Appropriate professional licenses, certifications, or other qualifications for services requiring them • Experience with lender, investor, or agency-specific scopes is valued • Resume or qualifications summary identifying service specialties, relevant project experience, professional credentials, geographic coverage, and availability
