📋 Description

• Authorize or deny predeterminations and claims by reviewing radiographs and/or other supporting documentation in accordance with member plan benefits • Use Overjet’s dental AI technology to support claims review decision making • Evaluate appeals and request additional information • Make revised claim decisions and further recommendations • Communicate claim review outcomes to participating dentists and plan members • Participate in training and calibration sessions • Provide regular feedback to improve claims review productivity and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school • Board certification in Periodontics • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience • Prior claims review experience strongly preferred (2+ years) • Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Florida • Proficiency with CDT codes and dental procedures • Strong computer skills and comfort with remote platforms (e.g., Zoom) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
