📋 Description

• Execute assigned Workday HCM configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support activities • Support multiple projects based on business needs and leadership priorities • Investigate and resolve Workday HCM issues • Complete assigned tasks and deliverables within established timelines • Support business process configuration, testing, and documentation • Assist with issue resolution, defect remediation, and system enhancements • Provide regular progress updates and proactively communicate blockers • Follow established project direction, standards, and priorities • Provide hands-on delivery support across multiple client engagements throughout the implementation lifecycle, from configuration and testing through deployment and post-production support

🎯 Requirements

• Active Workday HCM Implementer Certification is REQUIRED • 3+ years' Workday full-cycle implementation experience • Ability to configure, test, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues independently • Participation in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment support • 1+ years leading workstream implementations • Ability to work standard East Coast hours • Must reside within the United States
