📋 Description

• Direct campaign visioning, feasibility studies, and campaign implementation for nonprofit clients • Lead clients in developing cases for support and campaign budgets • Confirm realistic campaign goals through interviews with key donors and stakeholders • Serve as primary project manager for campaigns, ensuring activities happen on time and with integrity • Provide expert fundraising counsel to nonprofit executives and campaign volunteers • Provide senior-level consulting for capital campaigns • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients as an expert guide • Provide campaign education and major gifts solicitation training to board members and campaign volunteers • Develop campaign leadership and volunteer engagement plans • Provide strategy and research to support solicitation of 6–7 figure gifts • Prepare progress and final campaign reports with follow-up action plans • Collaborate with Campaign Operations to develop comprehensive scopes of work • Build relationships with philanthropic community members and nonprofit leadership • Represent Fox Advancement at client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience overseeing capital campaigns • Well-versed in using Google Drive to manage documents and collaborative communication • Strong interpersonal and meeting facilitation skills, including managing Zoom calls • Experience working in a remote environment • Strong project management skills • Experience providing senior-level consulting for capital campaigns with organizations having at least a $5M operating budget • Ability to conduct interviews with high-net-worth individuals with poise, professionalism, and integrity
