📋 Description

• Collaborate with SMEs to configure global absence plans within Oracle Fusion HCM • Review and collect business requirements for Oracle Fusion Absence setup and administration • Develop test plans and documentation and manage testing processes • Review and troubleshoot Absence integrations with Time and Labor and Payroll systems • Manage and execute absence administration processes • Troubleshoot approval workflows, create Fast Formulas, and generate BI reports in Oracle HCM • Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) using company standards • Interpret technical design requirements and communicate them to IT and business partners • Apply best practices for administering a global absence module • Conduct system troubleshooting, lead reviews, testing, and implementation of system enhancements • Provide production support for HR technology issues, unexpected results, and process flaws • Conduct data audits and implement validation measures to ensure data integrity • Recommend re-engineering and improvements to HR processes • Analyze large datasets using PeopleSoft Excel to CI functionality, SQL, and PeopleSoft Query • Document processes and implementation results

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience / extensive industry experience in similar roles • Proficiency setting up Oracle Fusion Absence plans • Experience configuring Fast Formulas for automated time-off accrual • Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM • Familiarity with HRIS, including HR Job Management, HR Org Management, HR Master Data, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Onboarding, Engagement, and HR Operations • Experience with PeopleSoft HCMS, with preference for Oracle Cloud HCM • Experience integrating Absence with Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, and related systems • Proficiency in approval workflow management • Highly desired experience with ServiceNow and Jira ticket management • Proficiency with Microsoft Productivity Suite • Ability to independently project-manage and deliver commitments with stakeholders • Understanding of HR functional areas and downstream HRIS data flows • Skills in stakeholder management, managing expectations, prioritization, conflict management, and decision-making quality • Understanding of SQL and PeopleSoft Query • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Excel to CI functionality
