📋 Description

• Conduct Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs), and Seismic Risk Assessments/PMLs • Conduct site visits, interviews, and take representative photographs • Complete appropriate document reviews as available • Write report text and appendices, including photo logs, figures, and cost tables • Perform PCAs and PCNAs in accordance with ASTM standards and local, state, and federal regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience completing and/or managing PCNAs, PCAs, and/or engineering/architecture consulting • College degree in engineering or architecture OR current Building Inspector Certification with at least 5–10 years’ experience conducting PCAs • Knowledge of building components, systems, and cost estimating • Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Experience in Quire and Parcel preferred • Ability to physically navigate site properties, climb a ladder, and access roofs • Personal equipment including digital camera, cell phone, computer, Microsoft Office software, ladder, and various tools needed for access • Current professional licensure/registration preferred • Knowledge of HUD and/or other government-related scopes of work, including Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, preferred
