📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate Mind Moves’ internal operations • Automate staff time allocation and utilization tracking across contracts and projects • Review subcontractor agreements and maintain version control against active contracts • Automate onboarding for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors • Conduct market-rate research focused on government contracting benchmarks • Document operational processes and track compliance • Support business development bids, proposals, and solicitation responses • Create internal workflow instructions and technical documentation • Decompose workflows into agent skills, tools, evaluations, guardrails, memory, and feedback loops • Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality, detect regressions, and drive improvement • Design self-improving agent loops that monitor outputs, learn from outcomes, and improve over time • Own workflow selection, prototyping, deployment, monitoring, and iteration • Build reusable agent infrastructure, internal tooling, and documentation • Track advances in agentic AI, model capabilities, tool-use patterns, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, and evaluation frameworks, and bring them into production

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping AI agents in production with minimal human supervision • Strong knowledge of agent architectures, including skills, tools, evals, guardrails, memory, feedback loops, and orchestration • Experience with evaluation frameworks, observability, structured outputs, error handling, regression detection, and failure-mode iteration • Fluency across the modern AI stack, including tool-use agents, code-generation agents, RAG, fine-tuning, MCP, and multi-agent orchestration • Ability to prototype MVPs, scope solutions, validate architectures, and ship independently • Clear communication and ownership of work • Familiarity with government contracting workflows, FAR/DFARS compliance, or regulated operational environments is a plus • Familiarity with people-operations platforms such as Gusto or Rippling is a plus • Experience benchmarking or setting contract rates, particularly in government contracting, is a plus • Experience building multi-agent systems and adopted internal tools is a plus • Must complete a full background check if selected • Must be able to accommodate meetings during standard Eastern business hours, roughly 8:00 AM–6:00 PM EST • Must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S. for the 1099 contract
