📋 Description

• Review the client’s Adobe CJA configuration and how data enters and is organized in the platform • Evaluate alignment of the current setup and collected data with measurement expectations and best practices • Review Adobe Launch tracking and data-collection components and relevant Tealium dependencies • Identify strengths, data-quality concerns, and tracking gaps involving pages, buttons, and forms • Document the current state and develop clear, prioritized recommendations • Advise stakeholders on measurement-foundation readiness and modernization safeguards • Present findings to the client alongside Verndale team members

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) • Ability to independently assess an existing CJA implementation • Methodical approach to reviewing platform configuration, data collection, data structure, and reporting • Strong knowledge of digital analytics data collection, organization, and customer-journey analysis • Ability to identify tracking gaps and data issues, validate findings, and recommend practical next steps • Clear communication skills for technical and nontechnical stakeholders • Ability to contribute with minimal onboarding within a defined consulting scope and hour budget • Adobe CJA certification • Familiarity with Tealium or other tag-management platforms • Ability to work within an approximately 45–55 total-hour engagement over 6–8 weeks
