📋 Description

• Focus on complex technology agreements, particularly SaaS agreements and other technology-related commercial contracts, and emerging technology matters across US jurisdictions • Navigate regulatory compliance requirements and jurisdiction-specific contracting considerations across multiple US states and markets • Identify, assess, and proactively manage legal and regulatory risks related to AI and experimental technologies while maintaining commercial agility and deal velocity • Support customer and stakeholder engagement during the initial secondment period to inform development of a scalable managed legal services framework • Collaborate cross-functionally with business, commercial, and operational teams in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced legal consultant with experience advising on complex technology agreements and regulatory compliance matters • Strong experience in complex technology and SaaS agreements • Experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts with customers and/or technology providers • Preferred expertise in regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to AI, experimental technologies, and emerging technologies across US markets • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments • Strong understanding of AI technology trends and the evolving regulatory landscape • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and risk assessment skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced commercial environment
