• own full-cycle recruiting for assigned U.S.-based technical, client-facing, and SG&A roles • build and execute proactive sourcing strategies • evaluate candidates with a high bar for quality • drive search execution with urgency and consistency • deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Proven technology recruiting experience • demonstrated sourcing strength • ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously • experience with applicant tracking systems • excellent verbal and written communication skills
