📋 Description

• Drive recruitment for Horace Mann's network of exclusive insurance and financial services agents. • Identify, attract, and guide qualified candidates through the recruitment lifecycle. • Partner with regional and district leaders for candidate recruitment. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various recruiting platforms. • Maintain high recruiting activity, generating a minimum of 25 candidate conversations weekly. • Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance. • Meet annual hiring goals, appointing a minimum of 40 agents per year. • Partner closely with field leaders during the hiring process for positive candidate experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. • 3–5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience, preferably within insurance, financial services, sales, or related industries. • Demonstrated success sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. • Experience utilizing Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting recruiting metrics and hiring goals. • Strong communication, organizational, and candidate relationship management skills. • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
