📋 Description

• Evaluate client life-cycle stages and identify financial goals • Present appropriate solutions, products, services, and investment actions • Educate clients on financial planning principles and articulate EFE’s value proposition • Secure client business and help clients build personal investment plans • Follow up to ensure onboarding tasks are completed • Open client accounts and establish fund transfer/management • Engage existing clients to confirm or adjust strategies • Manage client interactions efficiently and complete follow-up activities • Perform comprehensive client reviews • Coordinate with EFE account support staff for timely, accurate administration • Provide financial planning services, advice, and ongoing relationship management primarily by phone and virtual conferencing

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years financial services experience • Strong emotional intelligence; ability to show empathy, care, and concern • Ability to discuss complex and personal topics clearly with clients • Ability to handle emotional conversations and deescalate when needed • Series 65 or 66 license required • 4-year college degree required • Financial and/or business background preferred • CFP or CRPC preferred • Completion/certifications in financial/life planning education preferred • Familiarity with Financial Peace University or similar programs
