• Lead the end-to-end assessment process for teacher and facilitator programs across multiple countries, cohorts, and academic terms. • Plan and coordinate concurrent assessment cycles, ensuring assessments are delivered consistently and on time. • Lead the ongoing development of Edify's assessment strategy and training. • Support regional managers as they secure partnerships with local universities for the accreditation of the iDE. • Build strong working relationships across in-country and technical teams. • Provide regular updates to senior Edify staff on progress, risks, and emerging priorities. • Set up and maintain assessment modules and learner records in TalentLMS, Salesforce and on the Drive. • Export, validate, and maintain assessment data, ensuring learner and submission records are complete and accurate. • Lead the identification and resolution of operational risks in collaboration with programme, technical, and country teams. • Determine the most appropriate marking approach for each assessment, balancing AI-assisted and human marking. • Develop moderation frameworks and quality assurance processes and guidance for markers. • Analyze assessment outcomes to identify misconceptions and improve assessments. • Develop training materials and guidance for marking.
• Degree in Education or a related field, graduate degree highly encouraged • Cross-cultural competence/experience and alignment with Edify's vision/mission. • Experience working in teacher training, professional development, or educational programmes. • Experience coordinating assessments, examinations, or learning programmes involving multiple cohorts, countries, or sites. • Experience using a Learning Management System to manage learners, assessments, and results. • Strong understanding of assessment, marking, moderation, and quality assurance processes. • Strong understanding of adult learning design principles. • Experience creating training content and curriculum, especially for online environments. • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and competing priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve data quality or process issues. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across programme, technical, and country teams. • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. • Personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ and commitment to Edify’s mission • Teaching qualification or classroom teaching experience. • Experience in teacher professional development or instructional coaching. • Experience training markers, facilitators, or coordinators. • Familiarity with AI-assisted assessment, educational technology, or workflow automation tools. • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, or similar digital systems.
