📋 Description

• Drive projects from concept to release alongside Product Manager and Designer partners as an Epic Anchor • Collaboratively determine project scope and implementation throughout the project lifecycle • Write and review code thoughtfully, including use of AI assistance • Work in a distributed, remote environment • Attend key meetings typically scheduled from 8–11 am PT

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-centric mindset and ability to understand the “why” behind implementation decisions • Collaborative working style across Product, Design, and Engineering • Strong communication skills, including asking clarifying questions and shepherding discussions toward concrete conclusions • Thoughtful use of AI to improve velocity and understanding of users, domain, and codebase • Attention to quality and correctness • Proficiency in modern web technologies, preferably Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Postgres • Construction or fintech experience is a bonus • Resume and cover letter detailing relevant experience • Must be located in the U.S. or Canada • Must not require visa sponsorship
