📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end configuration of customer integrations from requirements gathering and technical discovery through setup, testing, and delivery • Coordinate with customer IT teams and EdSights Implementation or Partner Success leads throughout the customer lifecycle • Provide ongoing technical ownership and support for customer integrations • Troubleshoot issues and maintain existing configurations as integration needs evolve • Set up, support, and maintain SFTP-based data imports and exports • Ensure files are correctly formatted, securely delivered, and reliably processed • Migrate legacy partners from manual file uploads to automated SFTP integrations • Assess current state, scope technical work, and project manage transitions through go-live • Validate incoming customer data for accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency • Diagnose root-cause data quality issues and integration failures • Coordinate with Engineering and Product to configure and maintain customer exports for systems such as Starfish, Navigate, and Salesforce • Project manage integration and export projects, including plans, timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, risks, blockers, and action items • Lead technical setup meetings with clear objectives and agendas • Report on integration project progress, risks, and customer-impacting issues • Develop expertise in customer platforms and technology stacks and recommend data mapping, field usage, integration design, and export structures • Build and evolve integration processes and documentation, including playbooks, SOPs, configurations, file formats, schedules, and customer-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role • Experience in a SaaS or EdTech environment is ideal • Demonstrated ability to independently lead multiple concurrent technical or integration projects from discovery through delivery • Experience building project plans, managing timelines and dependencies, leading customer meetings, coordinating stakeholders, surfacing risks and blockers, and driving action items to completion • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills and technical acumen • Experience with structured data files such as CSV or flat files, including analyzing, mapping, validating, and troubleshooting data between systems • Strong understanding of data integrations and secure file transfers, including SFTP workflows, file naming conventions, scheduled data exchanges, and system-to-system data flows • Deep experience with SFTP-based integrations and working knowledge of SQL are strongly preferred • Experience building and maintaining playbooks, SOPs, or internal documentation using Notion, Confluence, or similar • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Partner Success teams • Experience with higher education systems or student success platforms is a plus • Ability to operate independently, own ambiguous problems, and exercise seasoned judgment • Self-starter with a strong bias for action and problem-solving instincts • Comfortable building process, structure, and capabilities in an evolving function • Customer-first mindset • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required in the United States • Must have experience configuring or troubleshooting SFTP-based file transfers in a work setting
