📋 Description

• Manage outbound and inbound calls across multiple client institutions, averaging 400+ calls per day • Confirm prospective students’ personal identifiable information and interest in a specific program through 3–5 minute conversations • Transfer verified prospective students to the partner institution and proceed to the next call • Enthusiastically engage prospective students and build excitement about speaking with a partner institution • Follow conversation outlines to communicate compliant and accurate program information • Work quickly and mindfully across multiple partner institutions and programs • Escalate unique prospective-student concerns to the manager as needed • Use email and Microsoft Teams for communication • Implement coaching and performance feedback from manager coaching sessions, peer development groups, and partner feedback • Maintain compliance expectations when communicating program information and documenting student interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level position • Previous experience or interest in working on a high-performing team with daily prospective-student communication • Ability to thrive in a busy environment with constant change • Ability to learn detailed processes and systems quickly • Ability and willingness to share best practices with team members • Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds in person and over the phone • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute specific processes flawlessly • Comfortable speaking over the phone in a heavily scripted environment • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds • Ability to meet stated physical demands, including occasional walking, sitting, hand and arm use, balancing, stooping, talking, and hearing • Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus
