📋 Description

• Evaluate, research, prioritize, and coordinate resolution of system issues, enhancement requests, bugs, and operational challenges • Design, build, test, and maintain internal software tools, workflows, and automated solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience • Partner with business stakeholders, Product, and Development teams to gather requirements, review priorities, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions • Identify process inefficiencies, data quality concerns, and recurring operational challenges, recommending and implementing sustainable improvements • Support the delivery of system enhancements and technology initiatives by managing priorities, participating in solution design discussions, and driving work from concept through implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 1+ year experience in a similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently • Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and business processes quickly • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization to resolve business and system related issues.
