📋 Description

• Identify sales opportunities based on both patient and surgeon needs • Tailor product recommendations to facilitate excellent patient and procedural outcomes and attaining/exceeding quota • Launch new products with success; develop new business opportunities and continue adoption with established customers • Provide guidance to enable physicians and staff to reach expertise and achieve positive patient outcomes • Educate physicians on medical literature, concepts and procedures related to Surgical Heart products • Prepare complex analyses for accurate targeting and planning by account, product and therapy • Develop sales forecasts and execute strategic plans for the territory • Maintain thorough territory knowledge, including competitive activity and customer utilization practices • Prepare and negotiate pricing offers/contracts in collaboration with senior management strategically

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of five (5) years of operating room (OR) based medical device sales, or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria • Consistent track record of successful territory and account management • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Willingness to travel within your defined region • Implantable Cardiovascular Surgical Device Sales for more than 3 years (Preferred) • Demonstrated success launching and selling new technology (Preferred) • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology (Preferred) • Team work (Preferred) • High level of time management skills (Preferred) • Negotiation and selling skills (Preferred) • Excellent presentation skills (Preferred) • Established relationships with target customers (Preferred)
