📋 Description

• Use AutoCAD to create pipeline alignment sheets, plats, exhibits, and permit drawings used to construct pipeline projects • Prepare design drawings in plan, section, detail, or plan-and-profile format as designated • Prepare sketches of details not included on existing drawings to accurately reflect as-installed field conditions • Prepare drawings, forms, maps, and lists based on approved details provided by designers and engineers • Work on multiple projects using raw field data and computer data • Apply land surveying methodologies, formulas, principles, and techniques to solve surveying-related problems • Review work for accuracy and completeness and recommend solutions or improvements as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 2 - 5 years drafting experience or education equivalent • Proficiency in AutoCAD and legal descriptions drafting • Oil and gas industry experience required • Reading and understanding maps, plat maps, as-builts, construction drawings and gas service records for existing condition interpolation • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D • Experience with Route Mapper and/or Plat Mapper preferred • Basic understanding of survey procedures and data collection • Ability to work independently on multiple projects using raw field data and computer data • Ability to apply land surveying methodologies, formulas, principles, and techniques to solve surveying related problems • Ability to review work for accuracy and completeness and recommend solutions or improvements • Customer service and team-oriented approach • Self-starter, organized, attentive to detail, and able to work under stress to meet deadlines • Eligible to work in the United States • Encompass Services, LLC will not sponsor visa applications for this position
