📋 Description

• Process grants through the Salesforce grants management system • Communicate with grant recipients to solve issues and provide a smooth experience • Conduct due diligence on grant recipients for legal and policy compliance • Review grantee reports according to relevant law and policies • Maintain accurate records for all grants • Run monitoring and reporting to track impact • Improve, refine, and scale grantmaking processes • Serve as a key contact for grant recipients and internal grant evaluators • Work closely with Grants Lead Becky Lang • Administer the grants management system and keep grant rounds moving smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented • Highly organised • Clear and friendly communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service attitude • Committed to learning the systems and staying for at least two years • Passionate about CEA’s mission and values • Prior operations experience is helpful • Grant administration or Salesforce experience is a bonus, not a requirement • Ability to work in time zones between US Pacific Time and CET is preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States or United Kingdom, as applicable to the working location
