📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage Identity Governance solutions using One Identity Manager. • Configure and optimize workflows, policies, and role-based access controls within One Identity Manager. • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business challenges and translate them into technical requirements. • Provide expert advice and guidance on One Identity Manager best practices and IAM strategies. • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. • Coach colleagues and train teams on One Identity Manager functionalities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cyber security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into technical requirements. • Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM business analysis, engineering, or consulting. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (mandatory). • Proven expertise and knowledge of IAM principles and solutions. • Practical experience with Identity Governance solutions, with a strong focus on One Identity Manager. • Certifications in One Identity Manager. • Certifications in other IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, or PingIdentity (preferred). • Certifications in Azure/Entra ID. • Knowledge of SABSA or TOGAF frameworks is preferred. • CompTIA Security+.
