• Provide clinical oversight and guidance for sales support, client launches, marketing content, and clinical education • Manage implementation of new customers from kick-off through transition to Customer Success • Understand customer medical-record needs and ensure Operations Teams meet them • Train on medical records tests, procedures, and terminology • Create specialty-specific record templates, keywords, and record categories • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer management, executive, and clinical staff • Assess customer workflows and establish the best fit for eHealth products • Serve as a subject matter expert on developments within the assigned market • Mitigate critical situations between customers and eHealth • Conduct ongoing customer trainings and optimizations • Configure and set up new customers and update settings for existing customers • Provide clinical input for deployment of new products • Act as a clinical and product consultant for the Sales Team • Provide market insight and specialty content to the Director of Marketing • Assist with new product development through Voice of Customer and User Group Discussions • Define, drive, and demonstrate delivered customer value and ROI • Maintain action registers for customer needs • Maintain working knowledge of SalesForce, Jira, Trello, and other necessary platforms • Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of covered information
• Associate degree in a related field minimum • Three to five years’ experience in a clinical discipline • Preferably experience across multiple clinical areas, including OR, ICU, therapies, and medical/surgical patient areas for adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations • Effective educational and presentation skills in one-on-one and large-group settings • Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision • Experience with Electronic Medical Records • Proficiency with Copilot or alternate AI engines • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and similar computer software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to retain an intimate understanding of eHealth Technologies’ business • Ability to interact and cooperate with all employees • Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and dealing with change and ambiguity • Good judgment and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to complete tasks accurately within strict time constraints • Ability to simultaneously manage several projects • Willingness and ability to travel 35% • Extended periods of typing, data entry, sitting, reading, and writing • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs • Home network with gigabit-speed Ethernet ports • Minimum home internet speeds of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • At least two Ethernet connections to the internet source for a PC and phone • Modem/router located in the workspace or connected by a sufficiently long Ethernet cord • Availability during regular business hours, with occasional evenings and/or weekends as needed
